We recognise that Civil Aviation Authorities, in fulfilling their mandate under the Chicago Convention, carry the responsibility of ensuring continuous, evidence-based safety oversight across all civil aviation domains. We also recognise that many authorities face real operational challenges in meeting ICAO's Continuous Monitoring Approach (USOAP-CMA) requirements, particularly where oversight processes remain fragmented, paper-based, or dependent on limited inspector resources. SkyALITE has been developed specifically to address these challenges.
The platform provides dedicated modules for Personnel Licensing (PEL), Flight Operations (OPS), Airworthiness (AIR), Aerodromes (AGA), Air Navigation Services (ANS), Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS), Aviation Security (AVSEC), State Safety Programme (SSP), and Accident & Incident Investigation (AIG), among others. An embedded Training Management module is integrated within every functional module, ensuring that staff at all levels are equipped with the competencies and regulatory references required to perform their oversight functions effectively.
We are now extending this capability to the regional level with the Regional Oversight & Safety System (ROSS) — a platform enabling regional cooperative safety oversight and mission management within states, configurable for any Regional Safety Oversight Organisation.
